Procedure no. 11 Replacement of extruderpiston.
Installing the new extruder piston
As the piston is out of the barrel it can be replaced with a new complete extruder piston 1.
Put the extruder piston into the barrel again and reassemble with the hydraulic piston shaft.
Screws have to be lubricated and then tightened equally and with torque 21.4 Nm.
BEFORE STARTING PRODUCTION THE HYDRAULIC MOTION SHOULD BE CHECKED
IN SINGLE MODE!
