      If your Icom Transceiver does not turn on, there could be a few reasons. First, the battery might be exhausted, in which case you should recharge it. Second, the battery pack may not be correctly attached; try reattaching it properly. Lastly, if you are using the CP-20, its fuse might be blown. If so, repair the underlying problem and then replace the fuse.
