What to do if ICON NordicTrack EXP10i power does not turn on?

  First, ensure the power cord is plugged into a surge suppressor, and the surge suppressor is correctly plugged into a grounded outlet. If you're using an AFCI-equipped outlet and the circuit breaker trips repeatedly, consider purchasing an arc filter. Also, ensure the key is properly inserted into the console after plugging in the power cord. Finally, check the power switch; if it protrudes, wait five minutes, then press it back in.

Why does my ICON NordicTrack EXP10i Treadmill power turn off during use?

  There are several possible reasons why your treadmill might be losing power during use. Check the power switch and ensure the power cord is securely plugged in. If it is, unplug it, wait five minutes, and then plug it back in. Another solution is to remove and reinsert the key from the console.

How to fix ICON NordicTrack EXP10i walking belt slowing down?

  If the walking belt slows down when you walk on it, it might be overtightened. To resolve this, remove the key and unplug the power cord. Using the hex key, turn both idler roller screws counterclockwise, 1/4 of a turn. When the walking belt is properly tightened, you should be able to lift each edge of the walking belt 2 to 3 in. (5 to 7 cm) off the walking platform. Be careful to keep the walking belt centered. Then, plug in the power cord, insert the key, and walk on the treadmill for a few minutes. Repeat until the walking belt is properly tightened.

  If the console does not boot up properly, or if it freezes and does not respond, reset the console to the factory default settings.
