Why is the motor cabinet (01) of my Iconic VF1 Laboratory Equipment too hot?
    • H
      hdavisAug 15, 2025
If the motor cabinet (01) of your Iconic Laboratory Equipment is too hot, it might be because the machine has been operating for too long. Try waiting 30 minutes for it to cool down before resuming work. Another possible cause is blocked motor ventilation. Check the space between the support base and the cabinet bottom for any obstructions.

What to do if the vertical movement on the column of the plate fixation unit is very hard on my Iconic VF1?
    • D
      Danielle RobertsAug 18, 2025
If the vertical movement on the column of the plate fixation unit of your Iconic Laboratory Equipment is very hard, first check if the right cable of vacuum actuation (03) is tight. If so, loosen the handle half way in a counter-clockwise direction. Also, residues or dirt in the upright can cause this issue, so turn off the machine and clean the column with a dry cloth by doing vertical movements with the blank fixation unit. Finally, the machine may be overheated, causing excessive expansion of the sliding elements, wait 30 minutes until the machine cools down and resume work.
