What to do if my IDEAL LOGIC+ Combi 24 Boiler has no hot water?

  First, ensure that the main spur is turned on and the mode control is set to either summer or winter position. Check if water is coming out of the hot water tap when turned on. If the display shows 'standby mode', and your appliance is under warranty, contact Ideal Customer Services Helpline; otherwise, contact a Gas Safe Registered Engineer, or in IE, a Registered Gas Installer (RGII).

Why is there no central heating in my IDEAL LOGIC+ Combi 24 Boiler?

  Make sure the main spur is turned on and the mode control is in the winter position. Verify that the programmer (internal to the boiler) is in the 'ON' position and the room thermostat is turned up. Also, check the time settings on the programmer and adjust them if needed. If the display shows 'standby mode', contact a Gas Safe Registered Engineer or, in IE, a Registered Gas Installer (RGII).
