Filta-Max xpress Operator’s Guide
To restart the Pressure Elution Station:
1. Reattach the air supply.
2. Fill the buffer reservoir with reagent-grade water and attach the closure cap.
3. Attach a Filter Housing and diverter to the Pressure Elution Station, and place a centrifuge
tube in the holder.
4. Perform three elution cycles, and check for any errors or issues with functionality.
5. If the Pressure Elution Station has been stored for 2 weeks or longer, it is recommended that
you clean the pressure chamber as described on pages 21 and 22.
