NOTE: The reader must be in Pass Through Mode for FeliCa commands to work.

serviceCode Service Code List. Each service code in Service Code List = 2 bytes of data
numBlocks Number of blocks
blockList Blocks to read. Maximum 4 block requests
blocks Blocks read. Each block 16 bytes.
