  If your iGenix Air Conditioner runs without cooling, ensure the air exhaust hose is properly vented out of a window or wall duct. Close any open doors or windows and remove any heat-generating appliances from the room. Check and clean the air filter if it's dirty, and ensure air outlets or inlets aren't blocked. Also, make sure the set temperature isn't too high and that the room size matches the unit's specifications.

  If your iGenix Air Conditioner switches off after running for a short time, it might be because the set temperature is too close to the room temperature. Lower the set temperature to restart the unit. Also, check for any bends or obstructions in the air exhaust hose and remove them. Finally, verify if the Timer function has been activated.
