22. THE GAS RESET BUTTON
For machines with gas heating, there is a reset button on the push-button panel that allows you to restore any blocks of
the flame control unit.
In the event that the igniter does not ignite the gas, the microprocessor signals the block through the "flame lack"
display signal, alternating with the invitation to press the RESET gas button.
To unlock the machine, press the "RESET GAS" button. The control unit will try to ignite the gas again. If the ignition
is difficult, and it is necessary to press the "RESET GAS" button several times, please contact the Installer, for the
verification of the gas supply system.
23. COUNT MANAGEMENT
During the activity of the machine, a counter of working hours is increased and is kept in memory between one
shutdown and the later re-ignition. The Installer is able to view the number of working hours by accessing a reserved
area of the microprocessor.
24. SPEED TEMPERATURE COMPENSATION
You can manage the ironing machine so that the speed changes automatically as the temperature changes. The change
changes the speed value within a range of 1% to 20% of the set point value.
Based on the percentage difference between the current value of the temperature and the set one, the speed of the roller
with respect to its set point value is also varied in a directly proportional way and by the same percentage quantity.
This management is optional: if you want to apply it, make a request to the Installer, who will reconfigure the
microprocessor.
25. WORK CYCLE: CYCLE CONCLUSION
At the end of the work shift, the machine can be stopped by pressing the "STOP" button or by the "COOLING" button
(see relevant paragraph). Please note that the COOLING function is not enabled in machines with steam heating.
ATTENTION!
To stop ironing, make sure that the temperature of the roller is below 80°C. By suspending work at a higher
temperature, burns to the ironing bands can be caused.
