DAS (Direct-Attached) connection
This connection has more disk drives over SAS expansion links. With this connection, you can create
more logical groups of drives. These logical drives use more host channel IDs or LUN numbers.
The two logical drives in the illustration below cannot equate the full power of the system. You can attach
one or two more expansion enclosures to achieve more end-to-end performance.
