4. Balance Enquiry
Press the green button and select ‘balance enquiry’
Pass the POS device to the customer who can either insert
or swipe his or her card
Select ‘cheque’ or ‘savings’
If prompted, the customer must enter his or her
PIN followed by enter
The POS device will display the balance on the screen
Press any key to remove the display
The POS device will return to the main screen
