Enter supervisor PIN
The POS device will print a merchant copy of the receipt
Enter the receipt number
The POS device will return to the main screen
Select either ‘set odometer reading’ or ‘set usage code’
4. Adjust Fleet Card
From the main screen, press ‘F’ and then ‘SBSA’
Press 2 for ‘forecourt’
Update values and select done
