      If the drain timer on your Ingersoll-Rand Air Compressor isn't working, first ensure it's receiving electrical power. If power is supplied, the timer itself may be malfunctioning and need replacement. A clogged port or strainer could also be the cause, so clean the valve and strainer. Additionally, a malfunctioning solenoid valve can prevent the timer from operating, so consider replacing the solenoid valve.
