Solution
The group 1 electronic gear
ratio exceeds the maximum
gear ratio or is less than the
minimum gear ratio.
Check if the group 1
electronic gear ratio is
within the range of
0.001–4000 × Encoder
resolution/10000.
Change the group 1
electronic gear ratio.
● EB03.2: Electronic gear ratio beyond the limit ‑ Electronic gear ratio 2
Description:
The group 2 electronic gear ratio exceeds the limit: (0.001–4000 × Encoder
resolution/10000).

● EE03.0: communication timeout
Description:
Communication timeout occurred after switching to the running state.
Cause
Troubleshooting
Solution
Communication frame is
present between the host
controller and the drive, but
the drive is in the waiting
state for communication.
● Check whether the PLC is
in the normal operation
state.
● Check whether the STP is
used as the
communication cable.
● Check whether the servo
drive is well grounded.
● Check whether the
communication cable is
connected.
● If you use IRT mode, verify
that the topology of the
host controller is
consistent with the actual
connection.
● The PLC has too many
axes, causing watchdog
timeout.
● Switch the PLC to normal
operation state.
● Use the STP cable.
● Connect the cable
according to the wiring
instructions.
● Verify that the topology of
the host controller is
consistent with the actual
connection.
● Increase the watchdog
time.
● EE03.1: communication abnormal
Description:
The communication chip is not functioning properly, and the check times out.
