3 After the kegerator is fully cooled, press - or + to adjust to the
temperature you want. The kegerator may take a few hours to stabilize
after adjusting the temperature.
Dispensing Beer
Proper foam should leave a tight, creamy head, and the head on the
average glass should be 3/4” to 1” high.
1 Hold the glass at a 45° angle.
2 Grasp the handle at the bottom and open the tap quickly.
3 Once your glass is half-full, gradually bring the glass upright, and aim
for the middle to start forming the head. Slowly lower the glass as you
approach your finish to improve the head even more.
4 When your glass is full, close the tap quickly.
Notes
• To change the thermostat setting, adjust it by one
increment at a time. Allow several hours for the
temperature to stabilize between adjustments.
• The kegerator’s temperature range 32°-50°F (0°-10°C). See
“Using different glasses for different beers“ on page 18 for
information about the best temperature for your beer type.
• If the kegerator is unplugged or loses power, wait three to
five minutes before restarting it. If you attempt to restart
before this time delay, the kegerator will not start.
