Problem Possible Reason Solution

E01
Motor overheated, may
have run for too long.
Remove the pitcher from the blender base and wait a
few minutes for the motor to cool.
Contents may be too
thick.
Remove and re-seat the pitcher on the blender base.
Add thin liquid to pitcher.
Use the tamper to ease blending of thicker foods.
E02 Thermostat sensor error.
Remove and re-seat the pitcher on the blender base.
Allow the blender to rest for 5 minutes between
blending hot items and blending cold items.
Contact Customer Care.
E03 Dry heat in pitcher.
Remove and re-seat the pitcher on the blender base.
Add liquid when using a hot blending program.
E04 Power issue.
Contact Customer Care.
E05 Power issue.
Contact Customer Care.
E07 Motor is too hot.
Unplug the blender and allow it to cool before using
again.
Any other servicing should be performed by an authorized service representative.
