Why is my Instant Blender not turning on?
    • D
      Daniel DaviesJul 28, 2025
Your Instant Blender might not be powering on due to several reasons. Ensure the power cord is fully inserted into a 120V outlet, and try a different outlet to rule out power issues. Also, the blender requires the pitcher to be properly placed on the base and the lid to be fully closed and turned clockwise until it clicks. If none of these steps work, the fuse may have blown, and you should contact the Customer Care Team.

What to do if my Instant Blender stops blending but is still on?
    • V
      Valerie SilvaAug 2, 2025
If your Instant Blender stops blending while still powered on, it's likely that the contents are too thick. Try adding liquid to the recipe, being careful not to exceed the maximum fill lines indicated on the pitcher. You can also use the food tamper to help agitate the contents or try using the Pulse program.

What does it mean when the error indicator blinks on my Instant Ace Plus Blender?
    • L
      Leah LucasAug 6, 2025
A blinking error indicator and error code on your Instant Blender's display can indicate several issues. The motor may be overheated from running too long, or the ingredients might be too thick. Try removing and re-seating the pitcher, adding thin liquid (without exceeding the max fill lines), and using the food tamper. It could also be a temperature sensor error or high/dry heat; in these cases, re-seat the pitcher and contact the Customer Care Team, or add liquid when using a cooking function. If the motor is simply too hot, unplug the blender and let it cool. Finally, ensure the lid is secure by removing and repositioning it.

How to fix watery results with my Instant Ace Plus?
    • J
      Julie BaileyAug 11, 2025
If your Instant Blender results are too watery, it could be due to over-processing or too much liquid. Try using the Pulse setting to prevent over-blending and shorten the processing time. Alternatively, reduce the amount of liquid in your recipe.

Why does my Instant Ace Plus have a smokey smell when I first use it?
    • A
      Amber RodriguezAug 16, 2025
A smokey smell upon the initial use of your Instant Blender is normal. It's due to the first heating of a protective, non-toxic substance applied to the element during manufacturing. No action is needed, as this is harmless and will dissipate.

Why is there white discoloration on the steel in my Instant Ace Plus Blender pitcher?
    • J
      Jim WardAug 22, 2025
The white, bluish, or rainbow discoloration on the steel in your Instant Blender pitcher is likely due to mineral deposits at the bottom. You should deep clean the pitcher as outlined in the Care & Cleaning instructions.
