Training Starts
To maintain your balance, always grasp a handlebar when you step on or off the side footrests, or use the keypads.
1 Hold on to a handlebar and step on the side footrests.
2 When you are in stable position, begin walking, then slowly increase the speed.
Training Ends
1 Stop the equipment by pressing
STOP button.
2 Step backwards and ensure to grab handlebars on both sides.
