  The Intex Swimming Pool Pump filter motor may fail to start due to several reasons: the motor might not be plugged into a 3-wire outlet that is protected by a Class A Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter, or RCD; the GFCI/RCD circuit breaker may be tripped (reset the circuit breaker, and if it trips repeatedly, have an electrician check your electrical system); or the motor may be too hot, in which case you should let it cool down.
