onthefaceofthescale.
2. Pressthe“ZERO”buttononthefaceofthescale.
NOTE:Thedigitalreadoutshows0.0.
3. Usingthe“UNITS”button,selecteitherkilogramsorpounds.
4. Transfertheresidentontheseatoftheliftandlowerthearms.
5. Raisetheresident.
NOTE:Itisonlynecessarytoraisetheresident
untilhis/herfeetareoffthefloorandnot
touchingthelegsofthelift.
6. Pressthe“LOCK”key
7. Readandrecordtheweightofthe
resident
onthereadoutofthescale.
