If your Invacare Medical Equipment concentrator doesn't operate when you press the On/Off button, or it starts but the lights go dark, try the following: * Ensure you hold the On/Off button down until the lights illuminate (about one second). * Check and, if necessary, charge or replace the battery. If the battery gauge shows depletion, install a charged battery or connect to external power. * Make sure the battery is correctly installed. Remove and reinstall it, ensuring it's fully inserted. Then, try connecting to AC or DC power. * If the battery had a self-protect shutdown, wait a minute before retrying. Alternatively, use a different battery or connect to external power.

If the external power icon on your Invacare Medical Equipment concentrator is lit but the battery charge level indicator isn't flashing, it could be due to several reasons: * The power source might be faulty, or there could be a loose connection. Try another outlet and check all connections. * The battery might be outside the charging temperature range. Allow the concentrator and battery to cool down (below 104°F/40°C) or warm up (above 41°F/5°C). * The battery might not be fully inserted. Make sure it's completely seated. * The battery might be fully charged, in which case no action is needed.
