Why is my INVENTOR B2VI-18 indoor unit not blowing air?
    • A
      Anthony RichardsSep 5, 2025
In HEAT mode, airflow stops to prevent cold air when the indoor heat exchanger temperature is very low. Also in HEAT mode, when the outdoor temperature is low or humidity is high, the unit will defrost automatically and the indoor unit will stop blowing air for 3-12 minutes. In DRY mode, the indoor fan will stop blowing air for 3-12 minutes to avoid condensate being vaporized again.

Why is my INVENTOR B2VI-18 Air Conditioner cooling/heating effect poor?
    • B
      Bobby MoraAug 20, 2025
Several factors can cause a poor cooling or heating effect. Ensure the temperature setting is appropriate. Check if the inlet or outlet is blocked, the filter is dirty, or if a window or door is open. Also, verify that a low fan speed is not set and that there are no heat sources in the room.
