7. Change your settings to the main level using ESC.
8. To exit the system settings and save your settings, press and hold the / MENU / key again for 2 seconds.
2.4.5 Assign color blending:
For each color mixing device, you can specify whether to make color transitions or fast color shades when you run
programs.
1. Press and hold the / MENUS / key until the display shows 01. Patch fixture.
2. Press the / ENTER / -Key. The display shows "PLEAS SELECT FIXTURE"
3. Use / FIXTURE / -Keyn to select the first spotlight that has a DMX start address
(LED is lit).
4. Use the / SWAP / -Key to select "COLOR FADE". The display shows: e.g.
5. Use the Pan dial to select [YES] if you want the unit to make color transitions, or [NO] if you want the unit to
make fast color shifts.
Confirm your settings with ENTER.
6. Repeat the steps to set other devices.
2.4.6 Invert output values:
The output values of the 512 control channels can be inverted individually. When the inversion is activated, the
fader outputs the maximum DMX value when pulled down and has the value "zero" when it is at the top.
1. Hold down the / MENUS / key until the display menu item "01. Patch fixture ".
2. Press the / ENTER / -Key. The display shows "PLEAS SELECT FIXTURE"
3. Use / FIXTURE / -Keyn to select the first spotlight that has a DMX start address
(LED is lit).
4. Use the / SWAP / -Key to select "FADER REVERSE". The display shows: e.g.
5. Use the Pan wheel to set the desired control.
Use the Tilt dial to select [YES] if the channel is to be inverted or [ON], if not.
Confirm your settings with ENTER.
6. Repeat the steps to invert other control channels.
2.4.7 Assign RDM DMX Addresses:
RDM stands for remote device management and is managed by the ESTA under ANSI E1.20 and allows the
querying and configuration of devices connected to the DMX bus.
1. Call the menu item "05. RMD DMX Address setup ". (See section 2.4.1 Menu structure)
2. Press the / ENTER / -Key. The display shows "DMX ADDR setup [NO]"
3. Use the Pan dial to select [YES] to execute RDM functions and press ENTER to confirm.
4. The device starts the search process for RDM devices. The display shows, For example, "DISCOVER
COUNT002" if two devices have been identified, or "NO FIXTURE FOUNF" if no device is identified.
5. Change the DMX address using the PAN dial and press the / ENTER / - key to save the setting.
