Elements
Element Bar
Using the element bar, the user can add new elements to a task. Element types, from left to
right, are as follows:
•Text
•Bitmap
• Count
• Date / time
• Expiration date
• User Prompted
• Shift Code
• Barcode
• Database
•Serial
• Shape
New elements can be created by clicking one of the buttons on the element bar, by right-
clicking on the printable area of the box, or by using the
Elements > Add menu.
When creating a new element, its x, y position (top-left corner) is set to the current location
of the crosshairs.
To edit an existing element's properties, select the element by clicking it, then choose
Ele-
ments > Edit from the menu (or press Enter); or double-click an element to edit its proper-
ties. Only one element at a time can be selected to edit.
