❏ Rear 10 - 12 psi (69 - 83 kPa)
❏ Steering nut torque 30 - 40 ft. lb. (41 - 54 N.m)
❏ Traction pedal stop adjustment
❏ Traction does not creep with pedal in neutral
❏ Parking brake adjustment
❏ Operation of all switches
❏ Function of lift-lower levers

❏ Engine oil level
❏ Engine coolant level
❏ Air cleaner element and connections
❏ Fuel shut off solenoid linkage for adjustment and
alignment
❏ Belt adjustment
Cutting Units ___________________
Check:
❏ All hardware securely fastened
❏ Blades are in proper location (CW or CCW rotation)
❏ Blade Mounting Torque
❏ Centerbolt 75 ft lb (102 Nm)
❏ Adapter bolts 35 - 40 ft lb (47 - 54 Nm)
❏ Front Deck Level adjustment
❏ Decks pivot freely on mounting pins
❏ Adjust cutting height to customers’ requirements
Electrical System _______________
Check:
❏ Interlock System (Section 4.2)
❏ Parking Brake switch
❏ PTO switch
❏ Seat switch
❏ Panel gauges and warning lights
❏ Mower Limit switch
❏ For pinched or rubbing wires
Hydraulic System _______________
Check:
❏ Hydraulic oil level
❏ For pinched or rubbing hoses
❏ For twisted or crimped hoses
❏ For oil leaks
❏ Tow Valve is in Drive position
Miscellaneous__________________
❏ Check for loose or missing hardware
❏ All lubrication points
❏ Examine paint finish; touch up where necessary
❏ Check decals. In place and legible
❏ Make sure Safety & Operation Manual and Parts &
Maintenance Manual are in the pouch
