Scale removal cycle

o resolve any problems caused by the formation of scale in the steam generator, the show-
er cubicle comes equipped with a function that makes it possible to reduce the formation
of any incrustations, thanks to a specic product.
To clean the steam generator, run the scale-removal cycle roughly every 20-25
Turkish baths.
The cycle lasts approx. 10 hours: during this period the various
functions are available (except the Turkish bath).
QPrepare the scale removal mixture as indicated.

Where the water is very hard, we recommend doubling the quantity of scale removal
product normally advised.
QIn "stand by" mode, press the key for at least 3 seconds; the key will ash blue.
QAfter activating the function, unscrew the plug on the scale removal nozzle (located on
the panel with the brassware), insert the spout and pour half of the liquid in the bottle into
the opening; close the plug.

The liquid must be poured in within 2 minutes (BASE-DREAM) and 5 minutes (HOME
SPA).
QAfter the indicated time has passed, the key will stop ashing (remains on xed)
and the scale removal cycle will start.
QAfter the 10 hour period has passed, the control panel returns to "stand by" mode and
the cycle is complete.
QAt the end of the function, the memory that stores the Turkish bath count will be reset.
- Do not turn o the main switch until the scale remover cycle has ended completely.
After 30 Turkish baths, the Turkish bath function cannot be activated and the scale re-
moval cycle must be carried out.
If the “water-pitcher” key is accidentally pressed during the 2 (or 5) minutes available for add-
ing the scale removal liquid, or if the liquid is not added during this period, the function is
aborted and the steam generator is rinsed (the system considers the scale removal cycle as
not performed).
To repeat the scale removal cycle, wait until the LED on the "water pitcher" key stops ashing
and then repeat the indicated procedure.
