The present operations must be carried out by qualied, specialist personnel.
- Depending on the quality of the water and on how often the Turkish bath is used, the
boiler unit may regularly require extraordinary maintenance.
For this type of work, or for programmed maintenance, please contact an authorised
Technical Support Center.
The thermostatic valves are equipped with lter strainers to treat any impurities. With time,
these lters may become clogged up and therefore reduce mixer performance; to clean the
valves, do the following:
- Shut o the water (hot and cold) that is supplied to the shower unit.
- Drain the water in the mixer unit, turning the diverter dial (D) in correspondence of the
“hand held shower” and completely turn on the tap (R); then close it.
- (1-2) Remove the tap (T) from the mixer knob, lifting it using the sharp point of a screw-
driver.
- (3-4) Remove the screw (V) and slide out the knob (M).
- (5-6) Unscrew the cover (C) and then remove the mixer ring nut (G).
- (7) Slide out the thermostatic valve (P).
Clean the lter strainers with a small brush and then rinse; if scale encrustations are pres-
ent, remove them using specically designed products.
Reassemble the various components following the same procedure in reverse order.
- (8) Assemble the thermostatic valve so that the screw head (Q) faces downwards, so that
it can be inserted in the brass groove.
