WARRANTY
The JACUZZI pool heater comes with a 5-year basic limited warranty on parts and labour for all
manufacturing defects and/or material, related to normal wear and tear. Consult your authorized retailer for
more information.
IMPORTANT : This warranty does not cover travel expenses incurred by a technician. This includes, but
is not limited to, the travel of a technician: a properly operating unit, explications on the operation of
the unit or a heat pump problem caused by an incorrect electrical hookup.
The limited warranty grants the client specific legal rights, which may vary from one state (or province) to
another. Consequently, certain listed conditions and exclusions may not apply to clients residing in certain
states or provinces.
Damages resulting from installation or maintenance;
Damages resulting from an inadequate or inconsistent electric output, poor voltage, blown fuses, or similar
damages;
Damages resulting from cleaning and verification of the unit;
Damages resulting from negligence related to the cleaning of the condenser’s air intake or distiller;
Damages resulting from water freezing in the heat exchanger or from condensation;
Damages resulting from an insufficient or inconsistent water flow;.
Damages resulting from corrosive water;
Damages resulting from contamination or a restricted water circuit caused by foreign matter or other
similar cases;
Damages resulting from operation with insufficient air and water flow;
Damages resulting from non-authorized accessories or components;
Damages resulting from an external force to the heat pump (storms, violent winds, animals, etc.);
Increase in electricity costs.
This limited warranty does not cover damages or poor operation caused:

WARANTY VOID
Any individual who is not assigned by the manufacturer, the dealer or
the service provider can’t, at any time, do an intervention of any kind in the unit
otherwise the warranty will automatically be void.
