Congratulaons on the purchase of your new Jacuzzi™ swim spa! The following is a list of au-
tomated funcons performed by your swim spa. These funcons are listed below in an
aempt to suppress any operaonal concerns you may have during the first 24 hours of own-
ership! Also listed below are important maintenance recommendaons you should observe
on a regular basis to protect your new investment.
Maintain Healthy Swim Spa Water
Always maintain your swim spa’s water chemistry within the following parameters:
With CLEARRAY® Without CLEARRAY®
pH 7.4—7.6 7.4—7.6
Free chlorine No less than 1.0 ppm 3.0—4.0 ppm
Free bromine No less than 2.0 ppm 2.0—4.0 ppm
Total Alkalinity 100—150 ppm 100—150 ppm
Calcium Hardness 150—250 ppm 150—250 ppm
IMPORTANT: CLEARRAY® Water Purificaon System is factory installed. If the CLEARRAY® sys-
tem is altered or is not operang efficiently then follow the “without CLEARRAY® water chem-
istry parameters as defined by the Associaon of Pool and Spa Professionals. CLEARRAY® re-
quires an annual bulb replacement to properly sanize your water.
TO DECREASE RISK OF INFECTION OR DISEASE! Always maintain your spa
filter as outlined below to ensure healthy spa water.
Required Filter Maintenance
Your new swim spa is equipped with an advanced water filtraon system that provides unsur-
passed water quality! To ensure maximum water quality at all mes, you should clean the
skimming filter cartridge every 3 months, or as necessary.
Required Water Replacement
You should replace the swim spa’s water every 3 months. The frequency depends on a num-
ber of variables including frequency of use, number of users and aenon paid to water qual-
ity maintenance. You will know it is me for a change when you cannot control sudsing
or you can no longer get the normal feel or sparkle to the water, even though the key water
balance measurements are within the proper parameters.
