15.0 Troubleshoong Procedures
In the unlikely event your swim spa is not working the way you believe it should, please first
review all the installaon and operang instrucons in this manual and check the message on
the panel display second, if you are sll not sasfied it is working properly, please follow the
appropriate troubleshoong instrucons:
PROBLEM PROCEDURE
NONE OF THE Check the control panel lights
COMPONENTS 1. If there are leers or symbols displayed on the screen, refer to
OPERATE (i.e the previous Secon to determine the meaning and required
pump light) acon.
2. If nothing appears on the screen:
A: Check the household circuit breaker
B: Contact your dealer or authorized service organizaon
PUMP DOES NOT Acvate the “JETS”
OPERATE 1. If no sound is detected or if a “buzzing” sound is detected, turn
off power to the swim spa and contact your dealer or service
organizaon.
2. If the motor operates but no water flows to jets:
A. Pump may not be properly primed. See instrucon below.
B. Contact dealer or authorized service organizaon.
Pump Priming Instrucons:
1. Turn off power to the swim spa.
2. Remove the handle from the massage selector supplied by the pump you are priming.
3. Loosen the massage selector’s cap slightly (counterclockwise), listening for the air to
seep out.
4. Tighten the cap finger-ght, replace the handle and turn the swim spa’s power back on.
Note: This method must be used for the jet’s pumps because these pumps are not connected
to the main filter system in any way.
CAUTION: If freezing condions exist and pump is not operaonal, take measures
to protect the system from freeze damage. See the secon on Winterizing.
