Oven Shut-Off Valves
NOTE: The Oven Shut-Off valve is located below the
manifold panel on the oven control panel, or is the far
left valve on griddle/char broiler units. See
THERMOSTAT AND THERMOCOUPLE for removal
and replacement.
WARNING
PERFORM THE ELECTRICAL LOCKOUT/
TAGOUT PROCEDURE.

B. Gas Line to Burner
1. Shut off all electrical controls and perform the
Electrical LOCKOUT/TAGOUT procedure.
WARNING
PERFORM THE GAS LOCKOUT/TAGOUT
PROCEDURE.
2. Shut off all gas controls and perform the Gas
LOCKOUT/TAGOUT procedure.
3. Remove manifold cover as described in
COVER and PANELS.
4. Remove gas line to burner and right angle
connector on burner.
5. Remove shut-off valve.
6. Reverse procedure to install valve.
