7. Service and maintenance
The device is subjected to various safety
tests prior to outbound delivery. If a device is
opened, the safety tests must be repeated.
A warranty is only assumed for unopened
devices.
7. 1 Repair
Repair of the device must only be carried out
by the manufacturer!
WARNING
Warning of unauthorized tampering or
improper use of the device!
Opening, dismantling or unauthorized ma-
nipulation of the device which goes beyond
the mechanical, electrical or other operating
limits indicated can lead to material damage
or injury, up to and including death.
Only electrically qualified personnel
are permitted to work on the devices
and their components, assemblies,
systems and current circuits!
Always use your device or component
only in the manner described in the
associated documentation!
If there is discernible damage, includ-
ing for repairs, send the device back to
the manufacturer!
7. 2 Service
If questions arise that are not described in
this manual, please contact the manufacturer
directly.
The following information is essential for us
to be able to answer any questions you may
have:
Device designation (see rating plate)
Software versions (see system settings for
your application)
Supply voltage
An exact error description.
7. 3 Update
An update can be imported via a connected
PC or directly on the JPC 100-PRO.
