Lower Looper Thread Guide (3)
Loosen the setscrew A, and adjust the lower looper thread guide (3) so that the hole of thread
guide is in line with the groove of lower looper as shown in Fig. 1.
NOTE: After adjustment, check that lower looper thread guide (3) does not touch to arm and
feed dog.
Looper Thread Guide (Lower)
Loosen the setscrew C, and set so that the bottom side of the looper thread take-up lever is in line
with the bottom side of the upper looper waving arm.
Tighten the setscrew C to secure the position.
TO ADJUST THE POSITION OF THE LOWER LOOPER THREAD GUIDE
The hole is in line with the groove of lower looper.
