Replacing Printed Circuit Board S1
z Remove the Y-carriage cover (lower) (see pages
6-7).
Remove the setscrew q.
Disconnect the connectors from the printed circuit
board S1.
Remove the printed circuit board S1.
To attach, follow the above procedure in reverse.

x Disconnect the connector w from the printed circuit
board S1.
Remove the Embroidery unit detecting switch.
