Easy-Set Tension Reset
1. Begin by loosening your tension discs by turning the Easy-Set Tension knob counter clockwise unl
the two tension discs move freely. This may take a few complete turns.
2. Then turn the Easy-Set Tension knob clockwise unl the tension discs come together enough to have
a bit of resistance.
3. Touch the Easy-Set Tension buon in the Toolbar. The Easy-Set Tension Display will now read as 0.

4. Turn the Easy-Set Tension knob three full clockwise turns to return the tension close to factory seng.
Diagnoscs
There are several diagnoscs tests that you may be asked to perform by Janome's technical soluons team
or an authorized Janome retailer. They will give you a code to enter into the Diagnoscs screen to be able
to perform the tests.
• Touch the Tools buon in the Toolbar. Then touch the Diagnoscs buon along the boom of the
screen. Enter the code you received and follow the instrucons for the dierent diagnoscs tests.
