EQUIPMENT CONNECTIONS
All power cords must be connected into the proper 20 amp 120VAC GFCI dedicated circuit for the system. All controls
should be located to permit access for inspection and servicing. Depending on the options ordered on the bath, more than
one outlet may be required.
MICROSILK
®
[MS] SYSTEM
This MicroSilk bath is provided with an Air On/Off switch and control box. The control box and tubing is temporarily
secured to the bath’s plumbing for shipping. The tubing should be firmly attached to the bath’s air switch actuator and
the air switch control box. A small bead of silicone may be added to the air tubing connections to help prevent the
tubing from disengaging.
The air switch tubing must also be installed to allow for a “drop loop” (see Figure below). This will prevent any
moisture from entering the air switch control box from the tubing.
The air switch control box is built to plug into a dedicated GFCI electrical circuit. The MicroSilk unit must be plugged
into the air switch control box, which must be plugged into its dedicated GFCI electrical service prior to turning it on.
