cap
retainer.

causes

failure

directional
sign
al
system
are
loose connec-
tions
and
burned-out
bulbs.
A flashing
rate

the
circuit.
When
trouble
in
the
signal
switch
is
suspected
it
is
advisab
le
to
make

test

locate

signal
switch.
If,
for
example,
the
ri
ght
rear
stop
light
and
right
front
parking
light
are
inoperativ
e
and
switch
failure is
indic

ted,
first

control
lever
in
neutral
position.

generator

being
installed
in
place
of
a
Delco-Remy
generator,
in
addition
to
replacing
the
voltage
regulator
(see
caution
below)
a
different
support
bracket
will
have
to
be
installed.
It
is
not
practical
to
change
from
an
Auto
-
Lite
to
a
Delco
-
Remy
generator
as
a differ
ent
engine
front
plate
is
required.

Do
not
intermix
an
Auto-Lite
and
a
Delco
-
Remy
generator
and
voltage
regulator.
Gener
ato
r
and
volta
ge
regulator
must
be
either
both
Auto-Lite
components
or
both
Delco
-
Remy
components.

voltage
regulator

installed

replacement
