ii) Flue termination point
It is important to terminate the top of
the flue in such a way that it will allow
free passage of combustion products to
the atmosphere without being subjected
to turbulent air or high pressure zones
that could cause a downdraught.
The guidelines stipulated below are the
minimum requirements allowed.
Surrounding landscapes, buildings and
inclement weather conditions, not
addressed below, could also influence
the escape of combustion products.
