Assemble the belts and the motor pulleys
Pulley (5)
a) Remove front cover (5a) releasing four nuts (5b - two
upper and two under).
b) Install the pulley (5) on motor axle with one key.
NOTE: In case it is necessary to move the motor
transversely (see arrows aside) to do the assembly of the
pulley (5), loosen the screws (4b).
c) Make the aligment between the motor’s pulley and the
machine’s pulley (5), moving the motor according
necessary.
See the situations on picture aside:
1º - Proper alignment.
2º - Incorrect alignment: pulleys out-of-line.
3º - Incorrect alignment: one of the axles is moved.
d) If you get the alignment, re-tighten the nuts (4b).
