7.7- Gathering drums counter knife replacement
The counter knife (1) is located under the gathering
drums (2).
If it begins to build up too much product around the
drums (2), replace the counter knife (1).
Procedure:
a) With the machine turned off and the cardan
uncoupled, tilt it back and wedge it with wooden
wedges.
b) Remove the dented counter-knife (1) releasing the
bolts (3), using a wrench according to the sub-item 12.1
table, and install a new knife.
c) Install a new counter knife.
Note: The gap between the counter-knife and the
drums (2) blades (4) have factory adjustment.
ATTENTION!
To replace the knives of collectors rolls,
take to an authorized reseller.
