7.1- Grease lubricating points
Note:
The lubrication points of the gearboxes and bearings can reach high temperatures
(extreme temperatures). Therefore, use the indicated Personal Safety Equipment
(gloves, goggles) for your safety.
Note:
Lubricate after a certain working period, as the grease flows better when the
machine is still warm. Use your common sense regarding the amount of grease to
be applied. Avoid over-greasing!
Never warm the grease to carry out the lubrication.
Lubricate all the points indicated by arrows using a grease pump, every 8 working hours or
daily.
Recommended grease
Lithium soap based lubricating grease grade NLGI 1. Ex. LUBRAX LITH-2.
