• Optional multiple piece shipment allows installation in tight spaces. No eld refrig-
erant or water piping is required.
• Condenser water piping connections from the top of the unit minimizes piping in
mechanical equipment room.
LOWER OPERATING COST
Efficient Operation
• Plenum fan with backward inclined airfoil blades provides required airow at a low-
er energy consumption compared to the most competitive units.
• All scroll compressors combined with highly efcient condenser and evaporator coil
design provides efcient cooling, lowering energy consumption.
• Water economizer and air economizer options provide free cooling to reduce power
consumption.
• Partial occupancy on any oor reduces power consumption, due to multiple com-
pressor operation and optional variable frequency drive (VFD) to match capacity to
the load.
• After hours operation on any oor only requires unit on that oor with partial op-
eration of cooling tower and pumps. This saves signicant amount of energy over
chilled water systems.
• Variable condenser water ow option, with internal actuated valve(s), prevents ow
through units not requiring cooling, saving pump energy.
• Evaporator coil circuiting supports low leaving air temperature designs to reduce
design air ow and reduce fan operating energy.
• High efciency evaporator coil available for lower air ow, low leaving air tempera-
ture applications.
