Troubleshooting Procedures
A Y199 tester is required to drive the M100C Motor Actuator when not
connected to the controller.
After installation and wiring are complete, make system settings and apply
power. Cycle the motor actuator using the controller after assembling the
linkage and motor actuator to the valve or damper.
The drive motor and gear train are immersed in oil and sealed in a die cast
case. Therefore, maintenance is not necessary.
Make no field repairs except for replacement of R81 plug-in electronic
board kits. For repair parts or replacement, contact the nearest Johnson
Controls Commercial Systems wholesaler or Systems and Services
Division branch office.
