Why is the discharge pressure too high in my Johnson Controls SABROE SAB 355 S?

Excessively high discharge pressure in your Johnson Controls Air Compressor can occur for several reasons. The safety cut-out might be set too low, so it is necessary to check the setting of alarms and warnings and the separate safety pressure cut-out. There could be high discharge line loss, requiring you to check the valves and check valve. The condenser might be malfunctioning, so check the condenser, liquid drain from condenser, refrigerant charge (if there is too much), water/air inlet temperature (if it's too high), and water/air flow (if it's too low). Finally, there might be air or non-condensable gases in the system, in which case you should purge the air from the condenser side.
