[PF1] KEY FUNCTIONS:
Short press: Press to turn on/off the LED flashlight.
Long press: Press and hold to switch on/off the channel scan function.
Notes:
- Press the [▲] / [▼] keys to change the scan direction.
- Short press any key except [▲] / [▼] to switch off the channel scan function.
[PF2] KEY FUNCTIONS:
Short Press: Press to select AM or FM mode.
Long press: Press and hold to switch on/off the squelch.
[PF3] KEY FUNCTIONS:
Short press: Press to select the emergency channel (CH 09) or the normal operating
channel.
Long press: Press and hold this key to switch on/off the LCD backlight.
Notes:
- Press [MENU] / [▲] / [▼] / [EXIT] keys to switch on the LCD backlight for a few
seconds.
- The LCD backlight will automatically turn OFF after 10 seconds if no operation on
the radio.
SETTINGS MENU:
Procedure:
1. Press the [MENU] key to enter the settings menu.
2. Select the function with the [▲] / [▼] keys.
3. Press the [MENU] key to enter the function.
4. Use the [▲] / [▼] keys to select the desired setting.
5. Press the [MENU] key to save the setting and return to the menu.
6. Press the [EXIT] key or wait a few seconds to exit.
TRANSMITTING POWER (TX-POWER) --- MENU 01:
Description: Selects high or low transmission power for the current channel.
Options: H (high), L (low).
Default: H.
Note:
- You can set the high or low power independently for each channel.
BATTERY SAVE (BAT-SAVE) --- MENU 02:
Description: Turn on/off the battery saver function.
Options: OFF/ON.
Default: ON.
