When the selected channel is an empty channel, “N” will be displayed on the right of the
channel number.
AUTO LOCKOUT (AUTOLOCK) --- MENU 10:
Description: Sets the auto-lock time for the keypad if no operation on the radio.
Options: OFF/10-60 seconds.
Default: OFF.
KEYPAD LOCK MODE (LOCK-MODE) --- MENU 11:
Description: Set the key lock mode of the radio.
Options: KEY/KEY+PTT.
KEY: Locks all keys.
KEY+PTT: Locks all keys and the [PTT].
Default: KEY.
TOP KEY LONG PRESS ASSIGNMENT FUNCTION (TOP-LONG) --- MENU 12:
Description: Configures the long press function of the top key.
Options: OFF, MONI, SCAN, BACK-LT, TXPOW, AM/FM, SQL, FLASHLT, EME-CH.
Default: FLASHLT.
MULTISTANDARD MODE SELECTION:
This radio must be programmed on a frequency band allowed in the country where the
equipment is used.
Procedure:
1. While holding the [MENU] key, power on the radio. The radio automatically turns on
after 6 seconds, displaying the programmed multistandard mode.
2. Press the [▲] / [▼] key to select the multistandard mode (EU, CE, UK, PL, I2, DE,
IN).
3. Press the [MENU] key to confirm and exit.
