INNOCIGS – WARRANTY & REPAIR
Warranty terms
All products of InnoCigs are subject to strict quality control. You will receive, along with the legally required warranty,
a 6-month warranty on all InnoCigs products. Wearing parts such as mouthpieces, clearomizer heads, tanks, leather
cases are excluded from the guarantee.
The warranty period is 6 months and shall apply from the date of purchase from your dealer. The date on your sales
receipt is decisive. During the warranty period, devices that have defects will be repaired or replaced through the
company InnoCigs.
Replaced devices or parts shall become the property of InnoCigs. The guarantee does not extend the warranty period
nor does it initiate a new warranty in transition.
