2. Removing the thread take-up cover base
Loosen two fitting screws 2 in thread take-up cover base 1
and remove thread take-up cover base 1.
3. Removing the thread take-up
Loosen three setscrews 3 in the thread take-up and remove
thread take-up 4 and thread take-up counter weight 5.
4. Removing the face plate
Loosen 7 setscrews 6 in the face plate and setscrew 7 in the
face plate thread guide, and remove face plate 8.
5. Removing the needle rocking motor cover
Loosen four setscrews 9 in the needle rocking motor cover
and remove needle rocking motor cover !0.
™ Be careful of the thread take-up
knife.
