3.10 Picking up, lifting, and transporting load units

– Bring fork tines horizontal.

– Drive up to the load unit

Shift fork carrier forward.

– Raise tines to the correct height.

– Drive the tines under the load unit.

– Lift up the load unit.

– Retract fork carrier.

QwW Transport runs with and without

a load should be made only with

the fork carrier retracted and

tilted backward and the load

pick-up lowered.

– Lower the load unit into the transport position.

– Tilt the load unit backwards.

– Transport the load unit.

– Bring the load unit into the horizontal position.

– Bring load unit to the correct height.

– Set down the load unit.

– Retract pantograph.

3.11 Switching off and securing the vehicle

When the vehicle is left, even for a short time, it must be switched off and secured.

QwW Do not park the vehicle on a slope. The load carrier must always be lowered

completely.

– Use the brake key (26) to engage the

parking brake.

– Lower the load carrier completely and

make sure it is horizontal.

– Completely retract fork carrier.

– Press the EMERGENCY OFF (13)

switch to the "Off" position.

– Switch the switch latch (4) into the "0"

position, remove the key or for code lock

press the o key.
