A6 IS FLASHING
Combustion chamber NTC is defective
1) Combustion chamber NTC starts measuring after 7 mins of operation
Control StepOrder Measure
1. Check if the combustion chamber
or not.
temperature sensor (NTC) is damaged.
Are the measured resistance values OK?
Yes: Check the connection cable.
If A6 still flashing
No:
If A6 still flashing
2. Check if the cables are damaged or not?
Are the resistance values measured at the
sensor and 20 pole connector different?
Yes:
If A6 still flashing
No:
3. Electronic card is out of order.
Turn off the appliance.
Pull out the cables
Measure the electrical resistance of
the NTC sensor.
Turn off the appliance.
If NTC is changed:
- Pull the NTC cables out
- Measure NTC resistance.
- Reconnect NTC cables
Pull out the 20 poled RASS
connector at St9 on HT3
Measure the sensors electrical
resistance directly at this connector
Change the NTC.
Connect cables.
Switch on the appliance.
Change the cable harness
Switch on the appliance.
Switch off the appliance.
Cut mains supply
Change the electronic card.
Connect to mains supply
Switch on the appliance.
